Senior Affiliate Manager
The Senior Affiliate manager role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved with affiliate publishing of Union Square Media advertising campaigns. He/she will work closely with the Affiliate Management Team, Sales Team and Management to ensure success for both the affiliate and advertiser across CPA, CPC and CPM channels. Senior affiliate managers are responsible for understanding all online promotion channels, including Search, Display, Social and PPV. Understanding of affiliate marketing is crucial for this position.
Responsiblities (included but not limited to):
- Monitoring affiliate activity, analyzing performance, identifing areas of improvement, and recommending ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
- Maintaining high level of communication with affiliates, recommending new campaigns for affiliates and providing performance feedback to advertiser team
- Supplying creative packages, links and reporting to affiliates as needed
- Communicating and monitoring compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
- Proactively monitoring traffic sources on all campaigns ensuring quality and scalability
- Recruiting new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues
- Set-up and management for monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth
- Representing Union Square Media at industry conferences. Meeting existing clients and recruiting new partners at industry events
- Managing top tier accounts and developing affiliate contact management strategy
- Teaching and mentoring junior level team members on affiliate marketing
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Self-starter mindset and work well within a team environment
- Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
- Strong aptitude with MS Office products including Excel and Power Point. Excel is a MUST.
- Able to succeed in and enjoy a fast-paced, quick-witted environment. We work hard and play harder.

The Maximus intern will work hand in hand with our sales and account management team to provide campaign analytics and support. This role will teach you how to interpret real-time performance insights, determine winning creative strategies, and optimize our client’s media campaigns by using data, metrics, and creative thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage account correspondence

Requirements:

Internship Details:
- We are looking for 20 hours per week, 3 days a week for a 10-12 week period throughout the Fall
